Have you tried everything and aren’t seeing the results?
Are you ready to try but don’t know where to start?
Our solid team of trainers and wellness professionals’ are dedicated to helping you reach your weight-loss goal and build healthy habits to stay on track. You will leave this 8-week program not only feeling lighter and healthier but also feeling empowered and motivated to continue your new found healthy lifestyle throughout your life. For even more motivation, everyone participating will be entered into a prize drawing valued at more than $650!
Each participant is entered into a raffle that will be drawn at the end of the challenge. Weight Loss Challengers will be granted additional tickets throughout the program for making efforts towards their goal (for example, making their goal at a weigh-in, attending 3 Small Group Training classes that week, and more). The grand prize this year will be awarded to the person with the highest percentage of weight loss.

In addition to our prize drawings, each week you will have a chance to be entered into a drawing for the bonus prize. Weekly entry will be based on your weight loss weekly goals and work out goals.
*Prizes are not redeemable for cash value. Standard booking and cancellation rules apply for personal training sessions. Sessions expire one year after the presentation of this prize. Prizes are subject to the minimum number of signups.
How do I get started?
- Register for the Weight Loss Challenge with Member Services (fee for the program is $40).
Purchase your Nutritional Coaching Package: participation in at least four Nutritional Coaching sessions is required to be eligible for weight loss challenge prizes. $90 for four 1-on-1 sessions with our Nutrition Coaches.
Purchase your Small Group Training Package (at least 10 sessions are required to be eligible for weight loss challenge prizes). Packages available: 10 sessions for $150, 20 sessions for $200, or $45/month for unlimited training.
You will be contacted by our Challenge Coordinator to schedule:
- Initial Assessment – Appointments will be conducted during the two weeks prior to start date of January 15.
- Nutrition Coaching Sessions
- Weekly Small Group Training Sessions
Dates to Remember
- January 2 – 14: Sign up and initial assessment appointments
- January 15: 1st day of challenge
- Weigh-ins: Mondays and Tuesdays, by appointment each week
- March 12 & 13: Final Weigh-in
