Rules for the Circuit & Fitness Center:
- Parents must be present in the Fitness Center when their children 8-12 years of age are working out.
- If a parent is not a member, they still need to be present in the Fitness Center. Non-member parents may not use the equipment without paying a guest fee or joining the club.
- Children must take 3 training sessions with an instructor and be released by the instructor to train on their own before using the circuit on their own. All 3 training sessions with a trainer are included in their membership.
Kid’s "Quick Circuit" Guidelines:
- Complete 3 training sessions with an instructor.
- Wear gym clothing and clean sneakers.
- Store personal items in a locker.
- Be respectful of fellow members and staff.
- Use the equipment responsibly.
