Personal Training
What is Personal Training?
A one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer who will guide you through an exercise program designed to focus on your individual fitness goals and needs, keeping your health and safety in the utmost regard.
What Happens During a Personal Training Session?
A training session lasts 1 hour. Within that time there will be a short warm-up followed by a strength and / or cardiovascular based program. There will then be a cool down / relaxation period.
If you are training for a specific sport, an upcoming event, just starting out to increase your fitness level, or are returning to exercise from a setback, then personal training is for you. Talk to a Certified Personal Trainer today.
