Parties
Parties are held Saturday and Sundays from 1:30 - 3:30 pm. A security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking of which $25 is non refundable upon cancellation of 14 days or less. The security deposit will be returned after the event pending any assessment of damages and/or vandalism.
The fee for the party is $150 for 2 hours for up to 15 children. Please add $5 per child over 15. If there are over 20 children add $25 for an additional lifeguard (pool party). For Dance and Karate parties please add $25 for each instructor. Party payment is due prior to the party. If there are more than 15 children attending please make sure to have an additional chaperone available. We do not supervise children. In addition to the children 2 adults may go in the pool (pool party).
Pool Parties
One hour of swim and one hour for your party. The club provides 2 lanes of the pool for exclusive use. Bring your own food, drink, cake, paper products etc. The club provides the party room, tables and chairs.
Dance Parties
This party offers 1 hour of supervised dance (jazz, hip hop) and 1 hour for your party.Bring your own food, drink, cake, paper products etc. The club provides the party room, tables and chairs.
Responsibilities for the Host or Hostess
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs
- Provide your own supplies (table cloths, utensils, paper goods, decorations etc.
- Cakes, snacks, goodie bags and refreshments
- Cleanup: All garbage must be cleaned up and placed in the garbage cans provided by the club
You can come in a half hour before you party starts to decorate and set up
Payments: Payment in full must be made prior to the party. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, cash or check. Checks should be made available to HRC.
We have additional studios available for rent if needed. The rate is $25 per hour for studio's B, C or D and $50 per hour for studio A
