If you are hoping to join a group fitness program with others who share your enthusiasm, HRC Fitness offers everything from Pilates to kickboxing to water aerobics in our indoor heated pool. With classes for every skill level, members from kids to seniors can benefit.
Levels of Classes for Every Skill
Whether you are at the beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness level, our classes are geared for your individual needs. If you strive for a lean body as well as cardiovascular fitness, consider our circuit training group classes. You will combine strength training or weight lifting with aerobics, for a full-body workout. If you’d prefer a meditative approach, yoga can improve your body and spirit. Seniors can get into the groove with low-impact water aerobics and aquatic group fitness. Kids may enjoy our group F.I.T. classes.
Our Class Schedule
Our classes are in session seven days a week and are included in your membership. We start as early as 6 a.m., with many classes scheduled for evening hours. We accommodate the modern, busy lifestyle, making it convenient for all members to participate. Our printable schedule is easily accessed from our website, and it shows the location and instructor assigned for each class.
Throughout the year, HRC Fitness offers short term specialty classes to provide the opportunity to try something new! These very affordable classes provide access to specialty instructors and new fitness trends. These classes fill up fast so register early.
T’ai Chi Chih is a series of 19 gentle and fluid movements and 1 pose that activate, circulate and balance the intrinsic energy of the body known as chi. The practice can be performed by individuals of most any age, ability, or condition, while standing or sitting. Check back for our next session!
