Is Small Group Training Right For You?
While personal training can help you achieve results quickly, some people are intimidated by the one-on-one nature of these sessions. During small group classes, you’ll be placed with four to six other individuals. The trainer will work with each of you independently, offering encouragement and tips suited to your own personal goals and ability level. This might mean that while you’re doing beginner-level weightlifting, another group member could be doing cardio and another could be doing heavy leg work.
Here are just a few of the benefits that small group training has to offer:
