After Hour Parties

Rent the club for $150 per hour (minimum of 3 hours). Party includes exclusive use of pool with life guard, racquetball courts with equipment, aerobic studios (teachers available at an extra fee), locker rooms, whirlpools and sauna. The use of the fitness center is available at an extra cost of $50 per hour which includes an attendant. A security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking of which $25 is non refundable upon cancellation of 14 days or less. The security deposit will be returned within 7 working days of the event pending any assessment of damages and/or vandalism. Party payment is due prior to the party.

Rules and regulations

  1. Party reservations are accepted for Saturday or Sunday evenings after 5:00 pm.
  2. The fitness center is closed during the party unless a fitness trainer is booked at an additional $50 per hour.
  3. All guests must surrender their car keys in exchange for locker keys.
  4. All guests are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the club.  The club reserves the right to terminate the party if the conduct of the guests becomes inappropriate or our of control.
  5. The party organizers take responsibility for any damages caused by their group to the facilities and will assume financial responsibility for their repair.
  6. The party organizers will set up tables, chairs, etc, and may decorate the facility to their preference. Additionally, they are responsible for clean up of any areas used by their guests which includes picking up garbage, wiping down tables, and making sure tables, chairs and furniture are restored in its correct place.
  7. Please note black soled sneakers are not allowed on the racquetball courts.
  8. HRC will have our front desk personnel assist where possible and will be available should a problem arise. This person will arrive an open the facility a half hour before the party starts to give you time to setup. If additional time is needed you will be booked an additional hour.
  9. We recommend that if you are having more than 25 children attending your party that you have and additional chaperone present.
  10. Adults Only: If you are planning on having alcohol at your party you must sign an alcoholic waiver before the party starts.
